Quick Reference Guide
Quick reference for common tasks in the Tippler lite including login, media upload, screen creation, and publication management.
Quick Actions
Login
- Go to login page
- Enter email and password
- Click Login
Upload an Image or Video
- Go to Media section
- Click Upload or Add Media
- Select file from computer
- Enter name
- Click Save
Create an App
- Go to Media section
- Click Create App
- Select app type (YouTube, Weather, Clock, etc.)
- Fill in configuration form
- Click Save
Create a Screen
- Go to Screens section
- Click Create Screen
- Enter:
- Screen name
- Username
- Password
- Click Save
Create a Publication
- Go to Publications section
- Click Create Publication
- Enter publication name
- Select a layout template
- Click each region and assign media
- Optionally assign screens
- Click Save
Update a Publication
- Go to Publications section
- Find the publication
- Click Edit icon
- Make changes
- Click Save

Best Practices Checklist
- Use descriptive names for all items
- Organize media with folders
- Test publications before assigning to screens
- Use appropriate image/video resolutions
- Keep file sizes reasonable
- Regularly update content to keep it fresh

Glossary
